Hi y’all. Welcome to Miles From Somewhere!

We’re Wendy & Matt.

In the summer of 2024, we sold everything but the kids, packed up what was left, and took off from the United States to travel full time in Southeast Asia. Along the way, we’re gathering lessons learned and inspiration to share with our fellow travel-loving families.

Our number one goal is to hype you up to realize your family’s travel dreams. To do that, we’re here to provide travel guides, tips & tricks, and inspiration for our fellow wanderers.
